We provide you the option of canceling the order. However, this option is no longer valid once your order has been shipped. After that, you can’t cancel it. After payment, you can cancel your order within six hours.
This is because once we have started the packaging and shipping process you can’t cancel your order.
We understand that sometimes there can be issues with size or something else. This is why we do offer an exchange. However, you will have to contact us and explain your issue then we will guide you on what you need to do. Don’t send your item back unless we have asked you to do so.
We are always working to improve your experience with us. This is why you can ask for a refund under the following conditions:
You got the wrong product
You did not receive the product within the maximum time i.e. 45 days plus our processing time
You don’t want the product anymore (it should be unused)
We also reserve the right to not issue you a refund if:
The order is delayed because of a mistake on your part (i.e. providing the wrong address)
The order doesn’t reach you due to circumstances beyond our control such as custom clearings
We will first assess your request and then let you know if you will be approved for a refund. Once you have been approved for a refund you will receive your refund within seven business days.
